In response to the question of when can you sell, we did this map to show the different spots in Lagos, indicating when exactly you can sell your property there. So, our map began with the proposed airport axis in Epe/Ibeju, the area where Itunu, Amen 3, Tiara, Lagoon Front Estate and Alaro City are located. Gradually, we moved inward towards Epe town, indicated popular areas in Ketu-Epe, Itoikin, Poka, Igbonla etc.
