Where are the installment houses located?

These affordable installment houses and properties are in Lagos, Ogun, Enugu , Ibadan and Abuja. Monthly payment spread varies, based on the location of the house you choose.

So, payment terms and prices of houses in Lekki would differ from Ajah or Ibeju-Lekki. While bungalows in Mowe are cheaper, below N15m and installment period of 18 to 36 months.

Do you have mortgage houses in Nigeria too?

Mortgage is outside our scope, although we can help, we can take you through a list of mortgage houses in Lagos and outside Lagos too.

Furthermore, we can advise you on the requirements on how to buy a house with mortgage in Nigeria. After we assess your income and finances, we can advise if a mortgage house would be best for you.

What if these installment houses are above my income?

That’s fine, through our assessment, we can advise you on alternative houses which you can buy, which might be choosing another location or house type.

From your income, we can advise you to consider some more affordable locations with more flexible payment terms. In addition, we can educate you on an investment portfolio, to grow your funds, before finally going for what and where you want.

I have a preferred location, but there are no installment houses there

Yes, that’s possible, we don’t guarantee that houses on installment are in all locations in Lagos, Abuja or Ibadan. It’s only peculiar to some certain places for now like Lekki, Ajah, Ibeju, Mowe, Arepo, Isheri, Kubwa, Lugbe and so on.

I’m I making a LARGE deposit to start the monthly house installment?

As explained before, these payment terms is based on the location you’re interested in. Some of these deposits are as low as 250k to 500k, while some are as high as 5m or 10m for places like Ajah, Lekki, Katampe etc, so it varies.

How to subscribe to a house installment if I’m based abroad

You don’t have to present in person or submit any document really, you only have to fill the subscription form for the property you choose. Ideally, you should speak to one of our consultants first, there are few details about these installment houses we need to put you through.

Moreso, a virtual inspection can be arranged for you to have a clearer view of the property. We can send you the 3D view or floor plan if it’s an offplan development.

You can also send a representative here to visit the property on your behalf, to confirm the details and descriptions you read on our website.

What types of houses can I buy on installment in Lagos or Abuja

There are several house types, from flat apartments, Maisonettes and duplexes in Lekki, to simple 2 or 3 bedroom bungalows at Ajah.

All these houses are built and managed in secured estates, with basic amenities e.g. water, security, access roads all provided and routinely maintained by the estate company.

Are these installment houses a federal or state government scheme?

No, all housing and estate developments on our website are privately owned. All these estates are built and managed by private estate companies, without any government intervention.

However, these estates are registered with respective government agencies, to comply with the government town planning regulations.

What documents do I get after first payment?

After the first deposit for any property, you’re eligible to a receipt to acknowledge payment and a Contract of Sale or Deed of Contract.

The Contract will detail the property you bought, the total amount, the monthly payment and the agreed duration of payment you subscribed for. Although, this Contract makes you eligible for a housing unit in the estate, it is not an evidence of transfer of ownership.

Full ownership of the property will only be granted to you after FULL PAYMENT, and this will be done through a Deed of Assignment.

How I’m I sure the house will be mine once I start the installment?

We understand your fears, which is why all agreements are written, signed and legally sealed. As long as you have made a deposit, and don’t default on the monthly installment, you will get your house keys.

Kindly note that some of the installment houses are still under development, the duration of delivery will also be included in the Contract of Sale.

Can I buy land in Lagos or Abuja and pay monthly too?

Yes you can, you can buy land in places like Epe, Ibeju, Ajah with 6 to 12 months installment, the location will determine the monthly payment.

How much can I pay monthly to buy a house

What you pay monthly will be based on your preferred location, prices and payment terms differs. Houses in Lekki would cost more than Ipaja, and houses in Katampe, Abuja would cost more than Lugbe for example.

So, the monthly payment will depend on the location you want to buy a house. For some locations, you pay below N300k monthly, and some it’s around N1m to N3m monthly.
