What you pay monthly will be based on your preferred location, prices and payment terms differs. Houses in Lekki would cost more than Ipaja, and houses in Katampe, Abuja would cost more than Lugbe for example.

So, the monthly payment will depend on the location you want to buy a house. For some locations, you pay below N300k monthly, and some it's around N1m to N3m monthly.
