Finally, Dangote refinery Ibeju-Lekki is now working, refining diesel, but is that a good or bad new for Nigeria economy.

Considering we have been producing cement locally in Nigeria for decades, but prices and supply in the past 4yrs particularly have not been stable. Despite Dangote refinery being a huge feat in Nigeria oil and gas industry, the first privately owned refinery that is now in operation, our expectations should be minimal.
The current Tinubu administration is interested more in revenue than subsidies, by the time the Dangote refinery is on full fledge, the government expectedly will be withdrawing their involvement in oil, for Dangote to be in charge of that industry.
